ASTM A420 WPL6 Buttweld Pipe Fittings are wrought pressure pipe fittings that are either forged or butweld in production. These are strong and corrosion resistant and are used in high temperature and high pressure service environments. The ASTM A420 LTCS WPL6 Butt weld Pipe Fittings are made up of carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, silicon, nickel, chromium, molybdenum, copper, cobalt and vanadium in smaller amounts. This composition gives the LTCS A420 Gr WPL6 Elbow and other fittings with 95ksi minimum tensile strength and 35ksi minimum yield strength. The elbow is applied so that the pipe can be turned in a desired direction. The fittings come in different standards such as ASME B16.28 and B 16.9 ranging in diameters of 1/8 inches to 48 inches. The ASME SA 420 WPL6 Elbow can also have different finishes like sand blasting and sand rolling.

There are different bending radiuses to these fittings expressed in relation to the outer diameter of the pipes. There are 1D through 10D bending radiuses with custom radiuses available as well.
