The MSS SP75 WPHY 42 fittings can be of seamless, welded or fabricated make. The fittings come in different types such as elbows, bends, couplings, reducers and end caps. The ASTM A860 Gr WPHY 42 Material has manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, silicon, nickel, chromium, molybdenum, copper, titanium, vanadium, cobalt and aluminum in the composition. This combination provides the material with high tensile strength of minimum 690MPa and high yield strength of minimum 415MPa.
The ASTM A234 WPHY 42 fittings are used in extensive applications such as sea water, heat exchangers, power generation, petrochemical, gas processing, condensers, pulp and paper industries and in offshore oil drilling industrial applications.
