TStE 285 Steel Pipe material Supplier
DIN 2609 Grade TStE 285 Carbon Steel Seamless Tubes are strong, corrosion resistant and are used in high temperature and high pressure applications. The carbon steel has carbon, silicon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, molybdenum, nickel and chromium with other elements. The TStE 285 Steel Pipe has 390MPa minimum yield strength and 510MPa minimum tensile strength. It is a strong material that is used in heavy engineering applications. The DIN 2609 Grade TStE 285 Welded Pipe is used in oil and gas, petroleum industries and in other high pressure and high temperature applications.
The pipes can also be used as DIN 2609 Grade TStE 285 Clad Pipe due to the high corrosion resistance caused by the molybdenum and chromium. The pipes vary in sizes from 4mm to 219mm for seamless pipes and up to 1219.2mm for welded and EFW pipes. The DIN 2609 Gr TStE 285 ERW Pipe comes in different diameters and lengths. The wall thicknesses range up to 20mm. The carbon steel is ductile and thermally conductive.
