JIS G3462 Alloy Steel Tubes are used in oil and gas industries, boiler tubes and heat exchanger tubes. The pipes range in size from 4mm to 1219.2mm. The seamless pipes have smaller diameters where the welded pipes are larger.
The wall thickness of the pipes range from 0.5mm to 20mm. The JIS G3462 Grade STBA26 has different schedules ranging from sch5 through XXS. The pipe lengths range from single random, double random and cut to length custom lengths. The JIS G3462 Alloy Steel Boiler And Heat Exchanger Tubes are highly thermally conductive. The material of the JIS G3462 Alloy Steel Tubes has carbon, silicon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, chromium and molybdenum. The strengths of the materials range differently from grade STBA12 through STBA26. The grade 12 has 382MPa minimum tensile strength and all others have 412MPa minimum tensile strength.
